Equating Error version history

Version 1.1.3	January 29, 1998

	- The smooth parameter can now be left off the simulate Apple Event
when the smooth type is not presmooth or postsmooth.

	- The number of score categories can now be different for the new and
old form (like in most concordance analyses).

	- Compiled with Symantec C++ version 8.6 and Think Class Library 2.0.9.

Version 1.1.2	November 2, 1995

	- Used a new version of the C function to compute the equipercentile
equating function that will mix a distribution with a uniform
distribution if the cumulative distribution has the same value for
any two consecutive raw scores (the cumulative distribution is flat).
This change only effects unsmoothed equipercentile and equipercentile
	  with loglinear pre-smoothing.

	- Compiled with Think Class Library 2.0.7.

Version 1.1.1	October 20, 1995

	- Reported average of equating functions over iterations in addition to
	  the standard deviation.

Version 1.1	September 22, 1995

	- Replaced function used for post-smoothing. The results should now be the
same as those produced by Rage 2.0. Post-smoothing results for this
version may be slightly different from earlier versions, especially when
	  sample sizes are small.

	- Added unsmoothed equipercentile, linear, and mean equating.

Version 1.0.1 July 26, 1995

	- Compiled with Think Class Library 2.0.6
	- Fixed bugs in function reading input file.
	- Used standard minimum random number generator rather than
	  Ultra random number generator.
	- Used revised versions of functions for computing pre-smoothing
	  and post-smooth (fixed minor bugs).

Version 1.0 June, 16, 1994

	- Initial release compiled with Think Class Library 1.1.3.
